- Teller I : Westside Branch (Part Time)

- This position assists members with their financial transactions and promotes increased usage of other credit union products and services that are beneficial to members, while maintaining confidentiality. The requirements of this position include cash handling experience; Teller experience is preferred.
- The duties of this position include:
- Delivering high quality service to both internal and external members as defined by our Service Promises.
- Receiving and processing deposits, withdrawals and loan payments, cashiers checks, credit card and loan advances, travelers cheques, transfer requests and other file maintenance transactions according to policy and procedure.
- Identifying member needs and suggesting credit union solutions.
- Following policy and procedures regarding check cashing, cash ordering and check holds within authority and be knowledgeable of endorsements and identifications required to process financial transactions in an effort to avoid fraud.
- Balancing cash drawer and daily transactions.
- Greeting members and providing routine information concerning services and directing members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
- Continually increase knowledge of credit union products and services.
