All businesses and organizations require:
- $5.00 to open a Business Account
- Picture Identification
- Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN)
*If applicable to your business.
If incorporated, must be incorporated in the State of Florida.
Note: Organizations must also include a copy of the organizations minutes of their meetings. Florida Telco will also require you and other Authorized Signers to sign a Business Resolution Form and New Account Signature card(s).
