Day or night, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Private Line is a confidential, easy way to conduct your financial transactions, all at no charge.
How it works:
- To access your account, simply say “Account” or you may press 1
- To apply for a loan, or credit card, or get loan rates, say “Loans” (or press 2)
- For used car pricing from NADA say, “N-A-D-A " (or press 3)
- To hear special offers (when available) say “Promotions” (or press 4)
- To take a short survey, say “Survey” (or press 5)
- To return to Florida Telco’s main phone menu, say “Credit Union main menu” (or press 6)
From there, you will be prompted to enter your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). You may say this out loud – if you are in a private area where no one can overhear you – or you may enter the numbers on your keypad as you did previously. At any time you may use voice or touchtone commands. When using the touchtone commands, pressing the pound (#) sign after each entry will speed the call along, but is not necessary.
