If you are signed up for Private PC (Internet Banking), just login and click on "Loans" (column on left) then on "Loan Application" and follow the simple instructions, unless applying for a first mortgage.

Current Members with Private Line (Telephone Banking) but without Private PC:
You can use your Private Line PIN to log in and apply for a loan.
